Lifetime Digital
Control Group was recently engaged to design a new asset management and approvals system for Lifetime Digital, the team responsible for all online content on mylifetime.com. The solution consists of a Final Cut Server integration combined with a custom web application that handles content requests and approvals. The new system has centralized the video content management and publishing workflow for Lifetime's many hit shows, including Army Wives, Drop Dead Diva and Project Runway.

VH1
VH1 needed a new, data driven on-air graphics system and engaged to Control Group to take the project from spec to implementation in one month. We collaborated with the brilliant VH1 graphics production team to create the new package in time for the new season launch. The result is the dynamic, Flash and XML-driven graphic bug that you see on each and every VH1 show.

WNET/Thirteen
Control Group was engaged by WNET/Thirteen to assist in their transition to Final Cut Pro editing environments. Our role was combined training, support, and consulting: we trained staff in Final Cut Pro editing techniques, identified the need for workflow changes to speed production, and developed a graphics toolkit for editors. CG consultants worked with key team members to build motion graphics toolkits in Photoshop and Final Cut Pro that enabled the editors to cut professional-looking segments in record time.
