Grimshaw's New York office needed a cost-effective solution for an IT department, looking for a company that could support their complex network infrastructure as well as provide insight and direction from a design computing standpoint. They also needed a first-responder support mechanism for emergencies that could coexist with their internationally-based support resources.

Control Group was selected as their IT partner and is providing all necessary IT functions for one flat monthly fee, all for less than it would cost to have full time personnel. Working with their staff, we performed an assessment of their existing technologies and developed a long term, phased plan and budget for all of their technology requirements. Since then, Control Group has implemented the phases of that plan and provided a combination of on-site and on-demand support. Our full IT team continues to provide high level consulting and planning as Grimshaw expands its presence as a world-class design firm.
